General Shipping information

  • Shipping Methods: All products ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Upgraded shipping methods ARE available, please contact us if this is required.

  • Most items are able to ship within a week (sometimes much sooner).

  • Transit Times: Carriers generally deliver packages in 2-5 business days after shipping, based on your location. A delivery date can be made available upon request. Your tracking information will also provide an estimated delivery date.

  • Packaging: Standard size products will ship in traditional cardboard boxes. Each package is carefully packed with bubble wrap, void filler, and foam for extra protection.

  • Shipping costs: All total purchases over $75 will ship at no charge to US customers in the 48 contiguous states. Use code FREESHIP.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Additional shipping charges will need to be collected for orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. Please contact us for a quote.

  • Damages: Unfortunately, not all damages can be avoided. In the case that a damaged item is received. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. Take photographs of the damages and email them with your order number. We will have your item repaired or send replacement at no cost. When photographing the damages, please be sure to take photographs of the packaging too.

 

Missing Packages

  • If the postal service has indicated that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, a case must be opened with the postal service (we can assist in this process).

  • As the seller of your item we do everything to get the package to you safe and sound. We ship with the address provided.

  • Once it has arrived at the post office they are directly responsible for shipping and all costs relating to missing packages and we cannot refund without their notice.

  • Some people are currently ordering online and scamming companies by claiming their packages never arrived. Following this process protects us and our customers from these people. 

Returns, Cancellations, & Refunds Policy

  • Returns on non personalized or customized items have a 7 day return policy. In the event you need to return your order for any reason. We will accept these returns for 7 days after delivery.

  • Returns on customized but not personalized items (for example you picked non-standard colors) may in some cases be returned at our discretion. 

  • Returns on items featuring personalization cannot be returned - please let us know if you have any issues with the item you ordered as we guarantee the quality on all products.

  • We do not refund products damaged as a result of mounting or fixing to a surface (such as a wall). While we do in some cases provide mounting hardware, we cannot guarantee it is the best for your space.

  • In the event that a return is needed, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us to let us know and we will help you set this up. Please be sure to return the package in the same way it was shipped to you. If returns have damages, we will deduct that from the credit you are due. Refunds also do not include shipping fees.

  • Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations. However, sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If you need an item cancelled please contact us and we will do everything possible to help you.

  • If a package is refused by the customer and returned to us, we will charge you a restocking fee (15%) and shipping cost.

  • If a return is completed successfully, we will issue your credit or refund to the same form of payment that the original order was made in.

Digital Files

  • No physical items are included with the digital file [laser ready files] listings.  They are digital files only. No returns permitted on digital files.

  • Feel free to cut the files for personal use or for reselling the physical items you make with them.

  • None of the files, alterations of files, and/or the pictures in the listings can be shared, resold, or redistributed in any form including before or after purchase.

Affiliate Disclosure

  • One way that we use to support providing free design files and instructional videos to our customers and users is by participating in affiliate programs, such as Amazon Associates. This means we may post customized links, provided by the retailer, to track referrals to their websites, and we may earn an advertising fee from any purchases made through these links. Clicking on an affiliate link which earns a commission does NOT result in additional charges to you or cost you anything extra (the price is the same as if you went directly to the site). This program utilizes cookies to track visits for the purposes of assigning commission on these sales. They are not allowed to spam you.

  • Some of the links on this website may be affiliate links and earn us affiliate commissions. We attempt to include a line noting that in post that includes them.
